The My Future Matters Project is designed to help students in the 7th - 12th grade develope leadership skills, build self-esteem, and enhance positive decision making skills for future educational and occupational success by choosing to remain abstinent.

The MFM Project uses a research based curriculum, which establishes a foundation to make positive lifestyle choices. Project staff work with teachers, parents/guardians and students to create a supportive and nurturing environment through program services and activities resulting in healthier lifestyle choices for Imperial Valley’s youth.
